Our residential facility is designed for residents 60 years and over, who require assistance to maintain their highest level of functional capability in the activities of daily living. The Basic Services that we provide are:
Safe and healthful living accommodations and services
- Ambulatory, Non-ambulatory, and Dementia House Care
- All Private Rooms
- Planned Recreational activities
- Hygiene items of general use
- Daily Housekeeping and Laundering personal clothing, clean bed, and bath linens weekly, or more often as needed.
- Telephone and Internet Access
Three nutritionally well-balanced meals per day.
- Snacks between meals
- Low salt or other modified diets prescribed by the resident’s physician as a medical necessity
Helping to gain access to supportive services such as Home Health and Hospice
Personal assistance and care as needed by the resident and as indicated in the pre-admission appraisal, with those activities of daily living such as dressing, eating, and bathing
Assistance with medications that will be centrally stored
Arrangements to meet health & dental needs, including arranging transportation
This facility provides quality care and supervision services to our residents.
We have 24-hour staff available for our residents and our trained caregivers are committed to providing individual care and recognition to each resident. We strive to create a facility that fosters wellness, independence, dignity, and quality of life for each resident.
We also offer optional services and amenities for the residents and can be arranged to range from visiting physicians, beauty parlors, and barbershops.
